Lavender Epsom Salt

Epsom salt is great for softening skin and helping ease sore muscles. Here’s a great recipe that smells good as well.

  • 1 1/2 cup of epsom salts

  • 1/2 cup of Lavender buds

  • 1/4 cup of rose petals

  • 1 tablespoon of dried rosemary

  • 5 drops of Lavender Essential Oil

  • 5 drops of Sage Essential Oil

    In a large bowl mix all the ingredients.

    To use add 1 cup of mix do a running bath to help dissolve. Fill the bath to 3/4 full to the temperature of your liking and soak for 15 to 30 minutes.

  • Store in a sealed jar in a cool dry place. Use within 6 months.
